34 days and counting
So, Corey's-no-coke-for-60-days-challenge is officially no fun. I've made it just fine up. I think Corey legitimately thought I had some small addiction to Coke. At this point, I would say no I do not - I just really love it. So, here is a glimpse into my Friday afternoon ... I am sitting on the couch enjoying a leisurely few minutes of Shay time. Zaida is watching a movie upstairs. Robson is taking a nap. I am catching up on some PBR finals ... Go USA! Grabbed a bag of Ruffles ... You know what would be good with these salty chips? Curse you Corey and your silly bets!

Show and tell
Today Zaida had to take 3 things to kindergarten for show and tell.
1) the medal she got from her dance studio last year
2) her microphone, because she loves to sing
3) a bull bell, because she loves to watch bull riding
How awesome is she?

Happy "Smurf-day" Corey!
Hope you had a happy birthday. Zaida decided that Corey was going to have a smurf themed birthday. She wanted to bake him a blue birthday cake with blue frosting and blue candles and hang smurf decorations. We did the best we could. We did bake a blue cake with blue candles. And we even hung up some of Corey's little smurfy toys from the chandelier. I think Zaida was more excited than Corey. But hope he had a nice day. We sure do love you, Corey!

Few new pics
This year is flying by. We have had all of our birthdays now. Been to Georgia. Had a wedding. Done a Park City getaway with the Wheeler fam. Bought a new baby for Corey (his Jeep). Had one kid turn one year and another started kindergarten. Whew! Plenty more to come ...
60 days
Corey got this brilliant idea to try to cut something out of our diet ... Something that you love. For Corey - the candy man- it is, predictably, candy. For me? Yep, coke. For as long as I can remember I have always had at least one coke a day. I'm pretty good at limiting it to 1 or 2 cans a day, but it will hurt a little to not have any for 2 months. We'll see how well this little experiment goes. I'll keep you posted.

You look ridiculous
This is what Zaida told her cute cousin Seth when she saw him in his ROTC gear ... Or maybe it was the BYU gear? :)
