2 bandaids on chunky thighs (2 month vaccines)

2 inch long hair

one-TWO (12) pounds

2 hospital visits

2 CPA exams passed (congrats Corey - we're proud of you!)

2 girls nights out (one with baby in tow --- but hey, I saw 2 movies in the theater!)

2 new classes for Zaida (pre-school & dance)

2 football games 2 Californians holding the little man

2 week Grandma Kafee (Kathee) visit2 be continued ... :)

Buddies

I was just flipping through my photos and saw how many pictures I have of the 2 together. I'm so glad Zaida loves her brother & loves spending time with him. And, it's totally obvious to me that Robson adores Zaida. He will often smile when she comes around.

The picture below shows Zaida's model face ... she cracks me up!

And, looking at the 2 together --- I just can't believe my little girl is so big now!

I think this might be a favorite hangout spot for these two. One time I went to go get the camera to take a picture of them and I heard Zaida saying to Robson, "I'm going to be your big sister." It was such a simple phrase, but said with such love that it makes my heart happy. I also got a video of Zaida is singing "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" to Robson.
I hope they will always be friends. I'm sure they will have times where they annoy each other - what siblings don't?! But, hopefully they will continue to grow together & become even closer.

All I know is that my brother and I are still the best of friends. These pictures remind me of my childhood memories with him and how much I look up to him (literally & figuratively.) I am so proud of him & am glad that he was nice to me (most of the time) when we were little. I love you Quinney!
